Mike Wittenstein will customize an engagement to turn your company’s customer experience strategies into action. Follow-on support ensures your plans stay on track and that implementation and adoption are successful.

Customer Experience 1:1 with Mike Wittenstein can help you:

— get your project off to a great start
— find ways to improve the customer experience and the bottom line at the same time
— fine-tune the experience design to elate customers’ emotions and drive word-of-mouth
— engage employees and partners in the process without lengthening the timeline

Customer Experience 1:1 with Mike Wittenstein is ideal for you if:

— you want crisper definition around your project
— your project is at an impasse
— you need an objective, experienced third party to review your progress
— you require help on implementation and/or raising adoption levels

Working with Mike is an experience. He immediately rolls up his sleeves and becomes a working member of your team. Depending on the role you need him to play, he will guide, provoke, teach, react, or brainstorm with you and your team. He is a catalyst for ideas, progress, and results.

Mike is the creator of the Storymining Process, a technique for defining a brand’s intent and capturing its essence (story) as an experience employees deliver with meaning and customers enjoy with delight. He will bring the Storymining Process to your engagement. He believes that when customer experience design is done right, everyone wins. A better customer experience design yields a better experience for customers, of course, but it should also yield a better bottom line. Mike has earned that double win many times so you can expect it too.
