Travel Requirements
Air + Hotel
Mike travels coach from ATL (Atlanta, US) in North America except for overnight travel (typically West > East coast).
Business class is requested on international flights over four (4) hours or when schedules are tight.
Conference-grade hotel accommodations.
Expenses
Unless travel is pre-negotiated on a fixed-fee basis, Mike requires ground transportation at his departure and arrival cities, full-time internet access, and the same per-diem as guests or employees. US $75/day if travel guidelines are not provided.

- House sound attached via ⅛" mini DIN or HDMI from laptop
- HDMI connector for image and sound from Mike's computer
- Bright projector that can throw a 20'-wide image for small ballrooms
- Please supply a suitably sized confidence monitor (faces Mike)
- Wireless slide advance (CUE system) with front/back, laser pointer, and FTB (fade to black), 200'range
- Mike likes to work with the lights up
- Lighting is important, especially for recorded sessions
- Please keep the presentation area well lit
- Please balance lighting when Mike needs to work close to windows or in a conference room
- Spotlight required for after-dinner programs
- For audiences of 100 or more, a slightly elevated stage with 1-2 steps
- For larger venues, think bigger
- Mike works without a lectern, and likes to have a small table for props and water
- Mike or one of his team will let you know if flip charts or a whiteboard or other items might be needed
- If Mike's laptop is on-stage with him, he will need 110v AC power or 220v AC power with an adapter
