Since playing a futurist role at IBM Global Services, I’ve helped clients thrive during four periods of immense change (dot.com, 9/11, financial meltdown, COVID-19). In response to the pandemic, my team and I have put together a new keynote and offering designed to help leaders quickly figure out their game plan and the story their teams rely on to make it real.
