The meeting ends. The work has already started.
A good meeting usually ends with notes in three notebooks and a week of nothing. Here’s what a conversation with me turns into instead, and the part that stays with a person, not the software.
Where good ideas stall.
You’ve had the good meeting. The ideas were sharp, people leaned in, someone said “oh, wow.” Then everyone goes back to their week, and the notes sit in three notebooks. By the time anyone looks again, the energy is gone, and half the meaning with it.
That gap, between a good conversation and the next real step, is where good ideas stall.
Your own Story Workout space.
When you work with me, the conversation doesn’t end when the call does. It becomes your own Story Workout space: a private web page, opened with a password, that already holds everything from our conversation. It starts with a welcome, what to do, and how long it should take. Then the work, one step at a time.
A former client asked me for help with her resume. Everything on it was about process, and she’s going after leadership roles now. She has to show how she’ll lead, how she’ll work with people, how others respond to her, and how she decides when she doesn’t have enough information.
So her space starts with step one, with our conversation already in it. She opens the step and says her answer out loud. AI turns it into a draft of that part of her story. I read it, I comment, and she moves on to step two.
You still have me.
The space isn’t a stand-in for me. It’s how I stay with you between conversations. Ask me something and I answer, usually the same day, often within the hour.
“One of our principles is key decisions require a conversation between two humans.”

So the big choices don’t happen on a screen. When we reach one, we talk.
Same-day first drafts, by the end of this year.
This way of working is new. I’ve run it with clients for a few weeks, and each space teaches me something about how people like to work.
What’s coming by the end of this year: a working meeting in the morning, and your first written results right after it. Early drafts, still needing work, but on the table the same day. That isn’t live yet. When it is, this page will say so.

Drafted with Claude, the AI model Storyminers works with, from Mike’s own words on a recorded call with a colleague on 28 October 2026. No client is named. Mike reads and approves every line before it goes up.
