If there’s a fit, you’ll know the shape and the price of any next step before you commit. The Leadership Alignment Workshop is one to three working sessions that end with every leader able to say where the company is going, in their own words; typically from $25,000 for the whole leadership team. Strategic Advisory is Mike as your standing advisor, meeting monthly, through the big decisions that come after; from $9,000 a month for the organization’s leader, three months to start, then a quarter at a time.
