Come as you are; the situation in your own words is plenty. No pitch. Whoever arranges or pays for it, what we talk about stays between us; a sponsor hears about progress against the goals you set together, never the content. If we both say yes after the hour: twice a month, $4,500 a month for a division president, a vice president, or a director, and $9,000 a month for the organization’s leader (the CEO or president), usually under a year. We’ll meet on Zoom for this first hour. Bring the situation as it stands; rough is fine.

The call is recorded and transcribed so Mike can listen instead of taking notes. The recording stays with Mike, no sponsor ever sees it, it is never used to train AI models, and it stops when you say so. Rather not be recorded? Say so on the booking form or at the start.
